You’re barely holding on by the seat of your knickers and wondering what TF is going on.

You’ve just about adjusted to the madness but you’ve realised how much you need time and space for yourself again.

Here’s what else I know about you, if you’re reading this:

You’re telling yourself that you’re too damn busy and tired

You’re running a business, you’re working, there's too much else going on, it's so much easier to avoid sex altogether

Because you feel a sinking feeling every time you stare at the ceiling.

A shame that you “should” feel more, but don’t.

Because it’s not just your sex life that’s suffering, let’s be honest?

You can’t bear to look at yourself in the mirror.

You struggle to set boundaries with people.

You really want to have MORE in your life, but you don’t know what that MORE is yet.

Then the Shameless Woman Immersion is for you

This is for you if:

  • Sex, intimacy, and pleasure feel like alien territory for you. You may have set a few tentative steps there, but it still fills you with confusion and dread.
  • You've done different therapy, coaching, personal development- the lot- but sexually you still feel stuck.
  • You deeply want a satisfying and pleasurable sex and intimate life with your partner, but you can't figure it out.
  • You want sex and intimacy to be an important part of your life and something life giving- both for your relationship or marriage, but for yourself too.
  • You want to prioritize your self care, joy, vitality, and creativity

  • You’ve been told that you are a “prude”, “frigid” or that there is something “wrong” with you, but you know there isn’t

  • You want sexuality and eroticism to be important to you, but don’t know where to start

  • You want to joyfully integrate your sexuality with your spirituality

  • You want to set a better example to your kids and be a role model for sex positivity

This is especially for you if

  • You're all in and committed- you may have a lot going on in your life right now (as do we all)- but now still feels like the right time to get stuck in.

  • You have read a few books or attended some workshops on sexuality or tantra etc, but nothing really changed in your day to day life.

  • You really want to be in a supportive community of other women and people with vulvas, and are ready to be seen.

  • You want an approach that takes you exactly as you are, where you can go at your own pace, with real actionable tools and homework to do.

  • You know that deep change takes time, and you are really done with the fast-paced-big-results-nowwww approach of a lot of the coaching world.

  • You feel at home with a slower, gentle, and embodied pace, and you also love to laugh and have fun.

This may not for you if:

  • Sex really isn’t important to you and don’t plan for it to be

  • You feel uncomfortable with words like “people with a vulva" or “female--identified”- as we do explore gender and gender identity in this program.

  • You don’t want to take responsibility for your pleasure and the energy you give out

  • You aren’t willing to take a step out of your comfort zone just yet

  • You aren’t willing to do the work that is require to change

  • You're not ready to invest your time, energy, and money into change

  • You want to do a tantra course- while we will use many elements from tantra and taoism, if you're looking for pure tantra or sacred sexuality, this may not be for you.

  • You're expecting a group therapy session or for me to sit like Jean Milburn from Sex Education with my clipboard.

  • You are put off by swear words, terrible jokes, and pulling faces- because this program will be FULL of it!

This also may not for you if:

You are in the middle of a mental health crisis or are experiencing PTSD, and don't have additional therapy, mental health support, or a trauma specialist.

Everybody will experience mental health struggles at some point in their life, and the past 2 years have put many of us into crisis.

You are absolutely welcome onto my programs if you are experiencing mental health concerns, but there is a limit to what kind of support you can receive here.

I highly recommend seeking out a qualified mental health or trauma specialist first, and you may want to be receiving this alongside the program.

You need to make the right decision for yourself.

This work is deep and intensive. It is provocative, profound, and life changing.

"Learning how to listen and appreciate my own needs and preferences in all areas of life, learning to place stronger boundaries with family, learning how differently I want to be treated and learning that my orgasms are perfect have made huge changes in my life that I am deeply grateful for, Lucy is very knowledgeable."

CR, Brighton, UK

You are highly driven and want to create something more with your life. You are warm, empathic, and work from a place of service.

You could be married, divorced, widowed, dating, polyamourous, separated, single, or any other kind of relationship configurations.

You could be heterosexual, heteroflexible, lesbian, bi, queer, or demi.

You want to break out of the old paradigms about women’s sexuality, pleasure, economic status, and gender roles.

You may have come from a conservative or religious background, and you know it has affected your ability to have a positive relationship with your body and pleasure.

This work is open to anyone, as long as you have the internal and external resources to be able to commit and invest in your erotic happiness.

You want to claim your sexual pleasure as your birthright.

This isn’t couples’ therapy or sex therapy, it’s a completely immersive experience where the focus is just on you.

This is for the women who want to have it all.

What would you allow yourself to have if you really could have it all?

“This sounds awesome, Lucy, but how will this change my life?”

About Me

Hi, I’m Lucy

Introducing:

The Shameless Woman Immersion

How it works

You go at your own pace

Think of this as a "Montessori style" of learning.

You take what works and leave the rest, and you will always receive exactly what you need, in the right time.

NO previous experience in tantra or yoga is required, and you don’t need to be any good at dancing.

This is about your experience and coming into your body-- and I will encourage you to let it feel silly and ridiculous too.

(Rule of thumb: if it’s making you giggle and it feels good, it’s working!)

Each Month You Get

You also get

You can do this on your own time, in your own home. You will be part of a community of women and nonbinary people with vulvas from all over the world and get the support and love you need to step into the new version of yourself.
